We are looking to hire a full time Recruiter to join our HR team! Bilingual in Spanish is required. This position does have the ability to be fully remote. If you are located in Michigan, you will be required to go into the office one day a week.

The ideal Recruiter candidate will:

• Follow an established hiring process and then understand it enough to train other team members on this hiring process
• Have a strong understanding of when someone is the best add for our organization
• Enjoy being on the phone talking to people most of your day
• Be self motivated to fill an open position even if no candidates have applied
• Have the courage to state your position on a hire even if someone doesn’t agree
• Be self sufficient with little to no direction day to day on how to hire or complete your tasks
• Provide independent thoughts and ideas - get creative to find candidates and find new sourcing options
• Work from home majority of the time - little in person/face to face interaction, all through video calls/remote communication
• Produce quality candidates over quantity while still meeting hiring goals to fill positions
• Want to read - emails, books, questionnaires in order to understand what is going on in the HR department, the company, the recruiting world and to help you grow personally and professionally.
• Understand some administrative work is needed to be successful in this position

Recruiter Position Requirements include:

• 2-3 years of previous recruiting experience
• Ability to recruit for, on average, 15-20 open positions at any given time, that need to be filled within 60 business days of being opened
• Attention to detail
• Sense of urgency when working with openings
• Ability to manage changing priorities at any given time
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - full transparency is expected at all times
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• As needed, ability to walk, bend, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
• Legally able to operate a motor vehicle with a clear driving record
